 Vendors table can be purchase for the field day below. Please fill out the form and submit it first, you can then proceed to make your payment to reserve your table. Note: only vendors who purchase table will be permitted to sell on the field.

Rules / Regulations:

  1. A Non-refundable of $50.00 application fee and a signed copy of the application form
  2. No LCA-DFW logo items can be sold by vendors
  3. No Alcohol drinks can be sold by vendors
  4. Every vendor is required to have a trash bag / can beside his /her table
  5. All tables will be placed at locations designated by the LCA-DFW Finance Committee
  6. Operating hours is 12 Noon – 9:00 P.M. on 7/19/2025
  7. Every Business / vendor spot will be assigned by LCA-DFW on a first come first serve basis
  8. No Vendor(s) will be allowed to sell without registration and payment
