  • Eguisi –This hearty soup is typically prepared with palm oil, assorted meats, dried fish, and leafy vegetables such as spinach or bitterleaf. Seasoned with crayfish, peppers, and local spices, Egusi soup delivers a bold and satisfying taste..

 

  • Goat Meat Pepper Soup - is a flavorful and aromatic West African delicacy, known for its rich, spicy broth and tender goat meat. Infused with a blend of traditional spices, including pepper soup spice, crayfish, and fresh herbs, this dish delivers a bold and comforting taste.

 

  • Dry Rice with Fried Fish - is a classic Liberian dish, loved for its simplicity and bold flavors. This meal features seasoned white/brown rice, served alongside crispy, golden-fried fish, and often topped with palm oil and a savory pepper sauce for an extra kick.

 

  • Attiekie - is a beloved West African dish, originating from Ivory Coast. Made from fermented cassava, it has a light, fluffy texture similar to couscous and pairs beautifully with grilled fish, chicken, or vegetables
